Chef Kerem’s culinary journey began at the age of five, growing up in a family of food enthusiasts where food was more than just sustenance—it was a way of life. With a passion for cooking with fire, Chef Kerem has honed his skills in renowned 3 Michelin star restaurants across the globe, including New York City, San Francisco, Spain, and London. A graduate of JWU Providence, he has spent his life crafting extraordinary meals in wild, large-scale settings, always embracing the power and beauty of fire in his cooking. For Chef Kerem, food is not just about flavor—it’s about creating immersive experiences that bring people together.
